凡是在微软相关技术和演讲方面有一定能力和兴趣的人员都有机会成为微软认证讲师（MCT）。如果您一直致力于研究或使用微软产品和解决方案、拥有相当的实际经验并具备良好的表达能力和整体形象，您可以按照以下5步完成微软认证讲师（以下简称MCT）的申请。
第1步：获得微软认证专家（MCP）或微软商业解决方案（MBS）资格证书
根据微软公司全球统一标准，在申请成为 MCT
之前，您必须获得下列证书之一。此项标准的目的是为了核实 MCT申请者具备经过证实的技术实力和教学工作能力。一旦获得某项微软认证，即表明您已经在与您的证书相关的领域或工作岗位中展示了您运用微软产品和技术开展工作的熟练程度。
· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) on Windows Server 2003
· Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) on Windows Server 2003
· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) on Microsoft Windows 2000
· Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) on Microsoft Windows 2000
· Microsoft Certified
Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
· Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) for Microsoft .NET
· Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD)
for Microsoft .NET
· Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
on Microsoft SQL Server 2000
· Microsoft Certified Professional: Exam 70-301,
Managing, Organizing, and Delivering IT Projects by
Using the Microsoft Solutions Framework 3.0
· Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD)
· Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
· Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Managing Projects with Microsoft Office
Project 2007
· Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Enterprise Project Management with
Microsoft Office Project Server 2007
· Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft

· The Microsoft Certified Application Professional (MCAP) credential
· Exam 77-610: Organizational Support
· Exam 77-611: Creating and Managing Presentations
· Exam 77-612: Content Management and Collaboration
· Exam 77-613: Budget Analysis and Forecasting
· Microsoft Official Trainer (MOT)– for Japan-based trainers only:
· MOT 2003
· MOT 2007
· MOT Expert
· Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) – pass at least
one of the following exams:
· Word 2003 Expert
· Excel 2003 Expert
· PowerPoint 2003
· Access 2003
· Outlook 2003
· Microsoft Certified Application Specialist – pass at least one of the following
exams:
· Exam 77-600:
Windows Vista for the Business Worker
· Exam 77-601: Using Microsoft Office Word 2007
· Exam 77-602: Using Microsoft Office Excel 2007
· Exam 77-603: Using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007
· Exam 77-604: Using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
· Exam 77-605: Using Microsoft Office Access 2007
第2步：进行在线注册
MCT申请者登录http://www.cnmct.com.cn，点击网站左上角“申请成为MCT” 进行在线注册，并提交个人基本信息。如果申请者在线注册不成功，请下载《微软认证讲师（MCT）简历登记表》，填写完成后发送邮件至：mct@cnmct.com.cn

第3步：提交申请资料
MCT申请者须将以下3项资料或信息发送邮件至：mct@cnmct.com.cn
a) 微软认证证书
MCT申请者须提交所获微软认证证书的电子文档。
b) 推荐信
为了证明MCT申请者在微软相关产品和教学方面的技能，需要申请者提交2封学员推荐信和1封微软认证高级技术培训中心（以下简称CPLS）推荐信（其中学员推荐信应来自于您实际教授过的2名不同学员，CPLS推荐信应来自于当前您就职的CPLS主管，推荐信中应至少包含对您以往工作的肯定和期望您成为MCT的事实）。您可以登录：

c) MTM ID
微软使用Metrics that Matter（MTM）系统来评估客户满意度，从而实施持续的认证要求。在申请成为
MCT 之前，您必须获得一个 MTM 帐户（MTM ID）。如果您尚无MTM ID，请登录http://www.metricsthatmatter.com/NewMCTInMTM/EnrollMCT.aspx
进行申请。

第4步：缴纳面试费用，参加面试
微软中国将对MCT申请者提交的全部资料进行审核，符合条件的MCT申请者将接受MCT面试专家的电话面试。MCT申请者在接到面试通知后，需及时向微软中国交纳面试费用。
第5步：交纳MCT年费并加入年度积分计划
MCT申请者在接到面试合格确认函后，向微软中国交纳MCT年费，微软公司MCT全球项目组将及时为申请者进行“微软认证讲师（MCT）”的资质注册。当申请者正式获得MCT资质，将即刻加入MCT年度积分计划。
